Utility knives are the perfect tool for a wide range of jobs from prepping vegetables to slicing sandwiches, chopping apples and other fruits to cutting hard cheeses and cold meats.

Made from high grade Japanese high carbon martensitic stainless steel (SUS 420J2) which has been hardened and tempered for sharpness. This knife has a razor sharp, double bevelled cutting edge and it has a hardwood handle.

I have several expensive prep knives but since retirement and onset of arthritis Kiwi knives have been a godsend. They sharpen so easily on a stone, keeping a fine edge that slides through toms and peppers etc. so easily without much pressure. My 6.5” cooks knife along with a 4” fruit knife are all I need. Bought my first one in Australia about six years ago. So pleased to have found them in uk. 🌻

Sharp, great quality, easy to handle (light) and lasts long

I received these knives 4 years ago and still using them till now, but needed them to be more sharp as with time and use they lost their sharpness, so i kept on looking online until i found them at chopchopchop, ordered 12 and so happy with them. Will never use other knives

I have been using Kiwi knives for years now and find them amazing considering the price and quality. I have previously bought Victorinox and other well known brands and now stick with Kiwi. I can also recommend chopchopchop for their service, good price and swift delivery.

Name says it all, find myself reaching for this to tackle a myriad of kitchen jobs (deseeding chillies, reducing a cauliflower to neat florets, preparing fruit). Like my other Kiwi knives, takes and keeps an edge (oh, and mind the point- sharp!).
