IntroductionThis website was concieved after I was given a Kiwi Brand knife (512 - paring knife) by a family member who had bought it whilst on holiday in Thailand.
I didn't know anything about Thai knives but it turned out to be the sharpest and most practical knife in the kitchen. I thought it was so good that I wanted to buy another one, to give to a friend as a present. After unsuccessfully searching online I decided to see if I could import and sell them myself.
I have created chopchopchop.co.uk to supply quality Thai knives, peelers and miracle knives to the UK market.
All the Kiwi / Kom Kom knives we sell are super sharp and quick to take an edge. The miracle knives and peelers whilst relatively unusual in the UK are used extensively in Thailand in the art of fruit carving and the prepation of traditional dishes such as green papaya salad. |
