The Pro Slicer from Kiwi Brand works like normal peeler but it has a zig-zag edge. This is great for preparing salads with style. - Alternatively see the Multipurpose Zigzag slicer, this does the same thing but has many more features. Both peelers are excellent for preparing green papaya salad.
