Delivery

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day. 

You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Small knives are typically packaged in a plastic and cardboard display package, larger knives are wrapped in cardboard for safety in transit. they are then packed in either a recycled "Jiffy" bag or cardboard packing material and brown paper for small orders or a box filled with packing material for larger orders.

Delivery costs £4.95 for knife orders over £10 and typically takes - 2-3 working days using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 with AV service. Age verification is automatically included on all knife orders and this will require photo ID to be presented before delivery, where the person taking delivery of the order looks under the age of 25.
